China Garden Chinese Restaurant

Me and my sister went here today 4/25/22 and she ordered cashew chicken and I ordered sweet and sour chicken. The food smelled bad and we didn’t eat it. We did notify the server and all he said was sorry about that and hand me the bill. Please be careful when eating at this place especially since my sister did get food poisoning and is very sick today. If you have small children and they get sick that would be horrible. Be careful and my suggestion would be to avoid this place and next time I want Chinese food I will take my chances with making my own with a recipe off YouTube.

Good food. Quite a few dishes that are new to the area. I like it that I can get it's just that are relatively lower and carbohydrates and very little starches are used. The service is very quick. They have the sizzling dishes that look fabulous that I might try later on end. I really like the rice soup. I didn't eat lot of the rice because of my diet restriction but it had a lot of flavor and it wasn't really loaded with rice.

I Went to go eat with my family and I was very disappointed because usually when I attend this restaurant my tip is always included in my bill so the owner says.. but today it was different The lady had the nerve to ask for a tip and then Chase me outside because $2 wasn't good enough for her when like I said the tip is usually included and they usually add $40 to my bill. I'm a regular there I'm not sure what changed but I've never been chased outside of a restaurant for extra money.

It was my first time eating at Golden China. I had the shrimp tempura, soup with sizzling rice and a hot plate of chow mein with combo of meats n veggies with a side of white rice. It was all very fresh and delicious. I expected the rice to be more hydrated, it was on the dry side but still good. The place is clean, I was there during lunch time, it began getting busy after I left. I will go back and try something different next time. All with drinks it came out to $48.
