Thank you for making my birthday fantastic and letting us reserve the entire bar! The food and service was excellent. Margot was a pleasure to deal with. Everything was covid friendly and on point!

An amazing environment. Amazing staff and great food! The drinks are super good and have fun names! Our server Susan was such a delight to have. She was so sweet on top of everything and made sure we were well taken care of.

Had a lot of fun here despite A. somehow being an airhead and forgetting it's OCTOBER in Salem (my bad) and B. the general COVID of it all. Highly recommend at anytime. A+ support for owner who sued Baker to allow arcades to reopen in this State.

Visited Bit Bar for outdoor dining over the weekend. Solid vegan options, great drink selection. Would have been nice to have some games outside in the patio areas, but just happy to support you guys.

Overall the experience was good. There was a selection of hard to find games, and a variety of pinball and arcade games. The food we had was good and the drinks were well balanced. The overall feel of the bar was amazing.
The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is that one of the members of our group was given a hard time when she didn’t present the right ID. Even when she came back and had proper ID staff had been warned not to serve her. And while normally I would understand not having proper ID, two other members of our group weren’t ID’d and one didn’t even any ID on him. It would have been nice to see the situation handled better.

We worked with Bit Bar to plan an event in their space, and they were super helpful and flexible in setting things up even though it was a bit outside of their normal options. Awesome food and a great event space, we appreciate how much the team was willing to work with us.

Tetris tots were amazing. Chili was also good. Buffalo mac and cheese not so much.
