Taco Bell

There was no ice in the drinks, all our food was thrown in the bag & not wrapped so everything that was supposed to be in the tacos was at the bottom of the bag and all the taco shells were broken. My husbands burritos were the only part still in tact but wasn't wrapped. Picture is of the cheesy roll up that was thrown in the bag.

Seems crazy to review a fast food store, but I just can’t let it go 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣! Ordered 12 piece part pack hard tacos! Got to my work and had a party pack of 12 soft taco supremes. 🙌🙌. Called the store immediately and they stated bring it back and we will just refund the money. Went back down and showed them the receipt and the manager wants to have a verbal debate and argument about what I ordered. I Ben after the receipt was shown to her. Sent me back out of the Restaurant with the order of hat was wrong and I was told it was my fault. $20 is $20. How does this type of service justify even being paid minimum wage let alone above minimum wage. Avoid this location unless you just want to eat what ever they throw in a box for you. Have an amazing day Taco Bell and I hope you find some leadership to right the shop !!!!

Unfortunately, due to a glitch in the online ordering system somehow my order was placed and then disappeared of the screen in the back where food was being prepared. I waited nearly 30 minutes to get two items a Dorito Taco and Flatbread taco. The good of it all though is the manager on duty was very apologetic as was the team member working up front. The team working at the time handled a busy lunch rush really well overall despite my order having been delayed. I did get a free soda and coupon for a taco on the next visit as well. Overall for Taco Bell I’d say it’s an excellent location and quality of the food was exactly as to be expected from fast food that in this instance was not at all fast.

I go to this Taco Bell quite often. Service used to be great. Recently however it seems things have changed. If I ask for sauce with a huge order, they give me 4 sauce packets. Every single time I order a chalupa lately, it’s stale and I crunch on the bread. I even went as soon as lunch started and the chalupa was cold and stale like it had been sitting for quite a while. Im also tired of having my drink spill all over me when I go to take the first few drinks because their lids don’t seem to fit properly. It leaks out of the lid like it’s open. My partner once ordered a nacho fries box from them and they forgot.. the nacho fries. I’ve gotten a steak chalupa from them more times than I remember when I don’t even like steak chalupas so I know for a fact I didn’t order that. I don’t know what’s going on in the kitchen but it seems management needs to step up.

Almost hit head on by current employee in parking lot because of her erratic driving. Spoke to the ‘supervisor’ who was clearly too young and unsure how to handle the situation. I was patient and kind with him, but felt bad as he clearly needs guidance on conflict. Then, we get our food and what do you know… dun, dun, dun…two missing burritos. Classic Taco Bell. I bet they make a lot of money off the public’s missing food.
