Kfc

It's been good and it's been bad but today was by far the worst KFC experience I've ever had. The staff was nice and friendly which is why it's two stars and not one. However my Mac and Cheese was old, brown and hard. My biscuits were so undercooked they were still white. My chicken was absolutely awful. It was old, soggy and way too dark not to mention they gave me pieces where there were chunks missing and were more bone than meat. I thought after waiting 15 minutes just at the window something would have been fresh. Now to the smaller less important stuff. I asked for KFC sauce which was not in the bag. Also they gave me no gravy for my Mashed potatoes, to be fair partly my fault as I should have checked the bag better before I left but I had just got off work and was eager to get home and feed my family. I've had some really good experiences here with fresh food but this was one time too many considering the price for the food. I know it means very little but I won't be coming back here, I'll either go to the one on Commercial or get Popeyes if I want to get chicken.

My order was completely wrong and actually got someone else's order so took everything back and the lady was very nice and polite and remade my order and still told me to keep the other one and keep apologizing... I felt so bad for her cause she was the only one working front and window... Thank u for great customer services.

This is what we saw when we got home with our chicken. It was not extra crispy as we ordered. It was soggy, super greasy, and falling apart. My hubby drove back and showed her the chicken. No apology. She just asked if we’d like some more chicken. No!! We would like our money back thank you. We will go to Commercial Street KFC from now on. Well, first of all, it been a min, so I don't recall the name of the redheaded cashier, but yall know who I'm talking about lolbs ... She was AWESOME! It was late, 💁‍♀️I didn't know what I wanted, and I was sleepy af🤦‍♀️😄🤷‍♀️ but she was patient with me, 😊 and got my whole family meal together. 😋I had 3 dinners that were pretty decent 🙌🤣 thank you to all played a role in that prep!👏

Went thru drive thru at 5:15pm on Oct. 31, 2020 and ordered the $36 fill up (original recipe) and an extra cole slaw. Was informed it would be a 15 minute wait (expected because of Halloween), waited in line, and when we finally got our order and were able to head home to eat, expecting a nice dinner, we find out that the chicken is NASTY and soggy, we only received 1 mashed potato and gravy (not the 2 you are suppose to get), 4 biscuits and 3 coleslaws (not the one that came with the fill up and the extra I ordered), and the 12 tenders (that were hard and difficult to eat because they were tough). I would give a lower star review if it were possible. The reviews that are on their FB page speak louder than the ones on here, you should look!

I absolutely love the crew there everybody's very nice the store is clean managers are doing their jobs very well customers are being treated with dignity and respect and when orders are made wrong or passed out wrong they're very quick to take care of the issue and remake that food without charge and usually throw in something extra for the hassle drive-thru is always very helpful and respectful when looking for things on the menu and everybody's pretty quick about snappy service I will definitely be eating there again
