Subway

went to pick up my online order with my boyfriend and there was no one at the counter but we could see our sandwiches just sitting there in a bag. no warmer or anything. called and could hear the phone ringing in the back but no one picked up. finally 15 minutes later, some lady with red hair came out and asked how long my boyfriend was there and handed him the bag. his sandwich had more buffalo sauce than steak on it. asked her to remake mine because it was just sitting there and she said she had to go ask. she remade it but both of my sandwiches were wrong and had hardly any vegetables. don’t know what her and her coworkers were doing but unprofessional.

Well I ordered the Chicken Bacon & Ranch sub with double bacon but does it look like I got double? Nope so I spent $2.99 extra for regular bacon & they was also outta Ranch which they didn't mention to us when we picked up our order. This place sucks & never going there again!!!! The one on Hawthorne is WAY better!!!

I went to order a sandwich and there was no one at the counter, I waited for a couple minutes and noticed a bell so I rang it once. A couple minutes later an older lady with short hair came out, grabbed the bell, and THREW it at the counter behind her knocking things over. And proceeded to yell "we have cameras, I could see you out here!" And I apologized and said "if people can't use the bell why is it there?" She just kept saying said " that's not for you, there are cameras" then she said "Now I can help you if you want". I told her I wouldn't be getting anything after that, and told her she shouldn't act that way to anyone. I then went and told a walmart team lead, who said that wasn't okay,, and that she would speak to the woman's manager.

Tried to order through the app using a gift card. Then it said my order could not be completed at this time. But did that stop them from taking the money?! NO, IT DIDN'T. They we more than happy to take my $25.00 gift card balance, and $9 plus dollars out of my account. I went in to talk to with one of the employees and she said "I'll deal with you in a minute". Deal with me huh? Hmm interesting choice of words. I politely waited for her to build 4 sandwiches. Then finally I asked what could be done about this? She said go the website. I already did that, but the website wouldn't even let me submit my inquiry, I explained. Then she said just come back in 2 or 3 days and it should be fine by then. So left dumbfounded, defeated, and $34 in the hole. Thanks Subway!

First time I’ve ever done a review. I was the only person in line today for lunch and for whatever reason the lady making the sandwich felt like she needed to make it as fast as she could throwing stuff on the bread, not evening out the vegetables or cheese, and using too little sauce on one and way too much on the other and then half wrapping it so it could fall apart in the bag. Not sure why it’s not important to make a sandwich so quick that it is a mess even when it’s not busy. I should have said something but was in a hurry. Sloowww down and take pride in your work. Maybe this feedback will help them improve.
