Panera Bread

I just wanted to speak on the manager that we dealt with Tonight. Her name was Michelle, and she's absolutely wonderful. She was tending to a sick employee inbetween customers making sure she was okay. That speaks volumes to me. She was so kind of to give my kids some free cookies. Overall a great experience, and it's good to see management taking care of their employees the way they should. That's good management and that's so rare to see. Michelle you really stood out by that alone.

I've been to several Paneras around the country and this was the nicest service we received. From Wanda who took our order to the cook that handed us our meal at the counter. Great job to the staff and hopefully that trickles down from the manager. It costs nothing to be nice, but is very costly when you're not.

The food I ordered was okay. What made me give them a five star is because of Wanda that took my order. She was very polite and patient with me when I keep changing my order. She is a great asset to your restaurant. Would like to have more Wanda in your restaurant I will surely be coming back again since she gave me a card to download the app so I can start getting rewards. thanks! Wanda.

Usually I come and get good serving my order is correct. Today, same good service, but I order a whole Roast turkey, avocado blt. Well today no avocado, so that is why I didn't do 5 stars. It ruins the sandwich for me. But they do have good service, so I will return. I will just check my order before leaving now

If you have eaten at Panera, this one is no different. They lived up to expectations with the taste of the food and the general cleanliness of the dining area. When we arrived it was busy but seemed under control. We ordered and found a spot to sit. Promptly following, our buzzer went off informing us the order was ready. My food was good and correct but they forgot to put the chicken on my friends chicken Caesar salad. The lady sitting next to us also had her order prepared incorrectly. Both orders were fixed promptly and courteously. Overall a good eating experience.
