Panera Bread

It's an ok place to eat. Not a whole lot of options. However it does seem to be healthier than most other places. The service itself (@ least curbside service was phenomenal. The lady was so sweet & kind! Wish I could remember her name! Overall if I was more into a healthier lifestyle this would definitely be in my top 3 favorite places

Worst customer service I've ever received. Management is terrible -- completely incapable of resolving customer complaints. They promised me a full refund the last time they screwed up my order, but I never received a penny back from them. I have been a faithful customer for years, even though their prices have become ridiculous -- I mean, come on, $30 for a tiny half sandwich, two small cups of soup, two bags of chips, and a cookie??? -- but I will never spend my money here again.

The location was easy to get to, parking was ample for a Sunday morning, there were very few people there. The locations *could* be hard to get to in busy traffic times since it is located near one of the busiest intersections in the city (if not the busiest). I went with the Internet order and the fast pickup that was offered via the website. When I arrived at Panera, I pressed the "I'm here" option as I was instructed to do so that the order could be delivered to my vehicle (an option for the pandemic) that was also described during the order. I waited and no one came out so I went in and found my order sitting on a table. I had the tomato and grilled cheese, it was good but nothing special, but it served well in a pinch. Overall value was good , service should be consistent with the website expectations.
