Only giving this place 1 star because it won't let me give it -1 stars. Ordered a pizza on 2/28/22 and went to pick it up. When I arrived, Monty told me that there was no pizza for me. After I already paid for it and he confirmed my order. He is a rude kid. You need to let this boy go as he is NOT an asset to your company nor is he living up to your company standards. I will never in my life go back to this location. I will tell everyone I know, including the Google people to never come to your establishment. You need to retrain your employees on how to act to paying customers and interact with people. This place is totally lacking the interaction part. Can't say how the food was due to us never receiving any, but I probably know how it would taste if Monty made it. Also, Monty wasn't wearing a hair net nor cap, which is not up to standards with the Department of Health. I think I'm going to call them in the morning and let them know as well.

Ordered sbarro for the first time for pick up yesterday, went to go pick it up and it was the complete wrong order, so I called back and they said to come back to pick up our order, and when we got home AGAIN, there was still items missing. We definitely won’t be back and would not recommend. Food was bland, order was messed up TWICE & employees didn’t seem to care.

You should be ashamed of running an establishment with RUDE workers. They are snippy , snide & have really bad attitudes. It seems like social hour instead of a place to get food. You need to hire all new staff. Wow wow wow. Will never eat here ever again. Your workers need an attitude check. You pay them way too much for the rude remarks and HORRIBLE customer service they give. Shame on you guys for continuing to employee such awful people. Notated on never going there again.

Not an ideal place for a fast food pizzeria. I was fascinated by the colors and how they set up the place but the food is not exactly what they show in the pictures. Their sauce is not that good to start with. Horrible customer service. I hope instead of chatting about what is going around the mall, they would rather make pizzas that we ordered. The lady making the pizzas is not a good fit for a fast food pizza place nor the guy with the glasses. He looks like a old guy fit to be take the plates out after the restaurant closes. Worst pizza experience ever. Not worth the money nor the time.

The pizza and service is much better since the old manager left, I think her name was Elizabeth. The employees seem happier, and everything looks much cleaner. The pizza was pretty good, a little burnt on the crust but that happens. The employees were helpful and nice. Would recommend over other food places in the mall.
