This location was awesome. We didn’t have one complaint. The food was so good we did a taste test and my bf couldn’t even leave the parking lot. We asked for well done and this chicken is so good. AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZING!!!. all men working tonight and sometimes that makes a huge difference!

Had to share this experience. Usually at this location in the past I have received horrible customer service and it never failed my food order would be wrong. But for the first time my Door Dasher to find out ripped me off on my large order and blamed the store. After speaking with Angel (store manager this evening) and expressing to him how frustrated I was and because it was getting later and later and my children have not eaten dinner yet. Angel *listen, *kept calm and *collective and he *Made it Right for the customer. He remade my food and informed me how to file a complaint against door dash. Thank you Angel for making it right and I hope and pray the owners of this store sees the goodness of your customer service and gives you a raise or bonus. Thank you again and God Bless you.

I didn't like this location for a while due to unfriendly employees but Angel has definitely changed my mind. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our order and apologized for the wait due to technical issues. Hes got a contagious fun attitude. And the food is great too. So glad they've added thighs to the menu.

Read the reviews, I guess I've getting lucky here. The cashier Rachael and chief Aaron given me extreme guest service. When I placed my order they had mentioned to me that it might take about 25 minutes. I said wow I'm on my lunch. Rachel went to the Aaron and ask him is there anything he could do about it. He said now it will take about 7 minutes. Now that's extreme guest service. They went way beyond.
