Obo Italian Table & Bar

We sat with the bartender Christian at the bar and he was AMAZING! We almost gave up on dining out after covid...Christian was funny, attentive, made amazing drinks and gave great menu recommendations. He is a true gem of a human and the main reason we willbe coming back to OBO. So grateful for wonderful service, it's rare these days!

OBO is one of our go-to places when we’re in Sac! We had issues with the online ordering system and the manager I spoke with (I can’t remember his name!) was great. We did curbside pick up and all of the hot food was hot - it hadn’t been sitting around or anything. We had the chopped salad, rigatoni bolognese, short rib pappardelle, and a pumpkin dessert. The portions were generous and everything was delicious!

First time here, and I really enjoyed it! We had the sausage and mushroom pizza, which was delicious! The mixed salad was good, but not stand out. The pasta dishes looked really good, so I'll have to try them next time. The inside was bustling, nice bar, and outside seating as well. Looks like it would be a great place for takeout!

Great food and service. Mushroom-truffle pizza, salads, pasta dishes are outstanding. Service is very good overall. It's counter ordering. Last visit, we ordered a no cheese pizza to go for our vegan daughter but it came out with cheese. We were late so took it as is. Takeaway: have the person taking order repeat it back and print out receipt with order to verify.

Came in about 40 min before closing. Order first and then they will bring the food to you. -barrel house brewing juicy hazy $7 -ostro prosecco 8oz $11 -rigatoni bolognese $18 -bucatini carbonara $17 -obo caesar $14 Food came all at the same time. Pasta wasn't as hot as expected, but still the flavors were spot on. I personally had the bolognese and definitely enjoyed it! Definitely will be back to try out their pizzas! Street parking is limited. There was a sign for parking for Kru/OBO across the street and said you can validate, but we ended up just parking there (since it was late already) and didn't bother to look into the parking situation.

This is gotta be one of my favorite places for Italian up in the Sacramento area. Service was excellent, Along with a great ambiance. Everything tasted great The pasta was 1st ahead of the pizza... The raspberry cheesecake is a must. We'll definitely have to be back to try more things. 7/2 Another great experience my Spaghetti connoisseur was with me and said definitely Top 10 every tried.
