A warm and cozy café with somewhat of an old tavern vibe. The food was fresh, the ambient welcoming and the staff was kind. If you're in Rye I'd suggest you give it a try.

Wow the scones are awesome. We had cream tea and got to experience the best scones, jam and cream I’ve ever had. The scones are light, fluffy and delicious.
The service was great, with the staff being friendly and attentive.
Very happy we chose Simon the Pieman for our tea break, it was well worth it.
