This McDonald's by far is the best one I've ever been to it's clean the employees are polite they get your order right and actually take pride in their job much much love and recommendation to this McDonald's also I love their mocha frappes

The ladies inside were really nice and as soon as we opened the door and walked in, we were flooded with, " Hello!! How are y'all? Good!!" 😄 The food was alright, but the tables were kinda nasty and sticky? That biscuit looks better than I did when I woke up this morning

My recent experiences searching for the ever-elusive frappe @ McDonald's restaurants all over Monroe/West Monroe & Bastrop have left my standards at an all-time low; Today in Ruston, I ordered a chicken sandwich + mocha frappe in the app, pulled into curbside, and waited... for perhaps 5 minutes. Suddenly, at my window, a lady appeared with a bag and a frappe. She said "hi" and "thank you" and "have a good day" and left me with exactly what I ordered, plus a few napkins and even a straw. I did not have to reassemble my food or go home and put the frappe in the blender. I didn't have to fight for a refund bc they didn't have what I ordered (or, more accurately, didn't feel like making it.) THIS, my friends, is what I consider to be a 5-star experience.

Absolutely abysmal! My order has been wrong the last 2 trips. Customer service was far from desirable. I wasn't compensated for being over charged for my food either.

I was on the Louisiana Tech campus doing some work, I used my McDonald’s app to purchase food and was able to get a 10 pc nugget for .01. They really doing it on the app,great job with the app!

Food need to be better! That store brings in to much money to be giving customers unfresh, warm food.

McDonald's is McDonald's. Food is the same everywhere. It just depends on the service. Drive thru is definitely faster than going in.

If you like wasting money on cold food and not even getting all the food you ordered, or like giving your kids chunky expired chocolate milk, then by all means eat here.
