This KFC is now managed extremely well. The lobby is neat and clean, and the restaurant smells great. Just as important, the associates are friendly, helpful, & polite. We were greeted as we walked in and had their undivided attention while we placed our order.
While we were getting our drinks, & expecting to pick up our order at the counter, they carried our meals to our booth. We sincerely received first class service. Ticket 4896. Thank you!!

The customer service was TERRIFIC! We were nervous seeing the reviews. The manager greeted us when we walked in and the cashier was patient and friendly. The tables were clean and cleaned promptly after someone left. The food was good. Nothing special. I got what I expected and it tasted like I expected. I'd come back for my next fried chicken fix.

Ugly drive'thru experience...server Alicia was the worse...she doesn,'t want to give me my food, due that I took to much time to order, so I had to stop my car at the window until other kind attendant gave my food...Alicia was very angry and rude....I will never come back to KFC in Ruidoso !

All I can say is when you go through the drive through make sure you don't have a cigarette in your hand because they will not serve you if you do and they are very rude about it I myself will never go back there besides that their chicken sucks

This KFC is the friendliest KFC I have ever been too. Not only were they willing to help us with ordering food (lobby is closed) but took one more step to bring our food to our RV. What we really needed at the time was a friendly face and KFC had many.
