Wendy's

I usually get the spicy chicken sandwich and the last times I have got it the chicken has tasted raw! Not cooked all the way through. Maybe they are taking it out too early or something. But it’s Very chewy and not like fat chewy. It has grossed me completely out the last 3 times. I will not be going here anymore. It has seemed to have gone downhill a bit with product. :(

This is from a workers point of view. This place does not live up to the food satefy and health standards. I got Covid from working here, which means one of my coworkers came to work sick, did not tell anyone or it got passed off, and then gave it to me, and I possibly gave it to other people. And it’s just going under the radar. I am also not being allowed my breaks for my 8 hour shifts, which is so ethically wrong. Mind you, I am still currently a minor as I write this. Some workers don’t wear their gloves when touching prepared food or touching raw meat. Some workers will not cover their coughs, and will cough right over the food. I’m not sure if people actually care about the workers point of views, but I wanted to get mine out so people can be aware of what goes on outside of the lobby. If you still want to eat here, that’s completely up to you, your choice whether you’d want to eat here or not, but from a workers advice, please be cautious.

One of the workers, Noellana, went way out of her way to be sure she got our order correct as we're from a small town without a Wendy's. The restaurant had some soda/ice machines I did not know how to use. Naturally, ice went everywhere because I kept my cup pushed back thinking my Coke would surely come out soon! LOL With my friend's assistance I received my Coke but had also left ice and water all over the floor. Concerned someone would slip I told Noellana about the mess, she first asked if I was able to get my Coke! She made sure the ice and water was cleaned up too. She also suggested she put my Frosty in the freezer as we were eating inside the restaurant...so thoughtful! She and her coworkers really made our visit memorable 💓. AND, your new fries ARE AWESOME! 🍟

I worked there until today .I quit on them because they tried to setup my husband to get arrested for stuff he didn't do. They out right lied to the cops about the whole incident and lied to my husband and me. My husband never bullied anyone there ,if they can't understand he was simply asking a child if I was almost done with work ,then I am glad I don't work there anymore. I don't appreciate the lies and the sneakiness ,so what if you don't like my husband .I won't have him or myself treated like that,he and myself deserve better than that kinda treatment.Did you think I would put up with that? No wonder people quit on this place , it's crazy there.

Expensive for what you get. Food's usually hit or miss depending on what you order. So be very careful. Sometimes it's good and sometimes not as much. The burger I ordered was almost my whole $10 gift card. Total came to $8.80 so holy hell. Wasn't exactly an $8.00 dollar burger if you ask me. Was a little tricky trying to use my gift card but was able to after some reasoning but the staff was pretty helpful and didn't make a big fuss about doing it, but they did seem to rush the whole process which I didn't appreciate. I went pretty late so I could specifically avoid such a hassle. Also didn't want to impose on any other customers time so that's why I chose this time at night to visit. I didn't know that this place was so expensive but I don't really know when the rate hole happened but the last few visits here have been on the more expensive side of what's expected for a"burger 🍔 joint" meal, especially considering meal size, quality and overall quality of the food in question. When going here on the next visit I'll make sure to keep budget in mind. Didn't eat inside so cleanliness and store/counter experience is absent but since covid and all I'm reluctant to eat inside these more mainstream fast food spots. Classics like Frosties are usually as good as I've ever remembered them. Junior bacon cheeseburgers are my go to as they are slightly better than a McDollar burger. Fries are sometimes cold and sometimes they're top notch so I guess it really depends on the staff on shift for the day. All in all nothing too spectacular or horrible. Will probably visit again some time on the future.
