Pizza Hut

On this night, I as the customer had to go and pick up my own order that was paid for delivery. NO credit was issued or even offered. I ordered at 7:06 p.m. online and drove to the location after viewing the account to see where it could be. Well, it said DELIVERED! And that was at 8:40 p.m. As that was a lie! I went there and the manager stated, the driver had been in a wreck. What does your policy state when this happens? I was never offered the opportunity to cancel, credit on delivery or a refund. No one called to explain what happened or why it was taking so long. I paid for a delivery and had to pick it up. Where will you right your wrong in that? I understand things happen, but no common courtesy was provided to me as your customer. I also want to let you know that you did not close until 10 and when I called, the recording said you were CLOSED. That again was a lie and wrong on the company's part. FIX IT!!!

I don’t know how the pizza taste yet, but their cutting skills are horrible. You can tell they messed up on the pizza and was too lazy to remake it. They would rather give out a Large pizza with only half of the pizza sliced and uneven. Looked more like a uneven medium. I would not know because half of the pizza looked crazy. I wish I could upload the picture. A 5 year could have made a better looking pizza.

I placed an order online, at 6:39pm, Sat. night. I got a text at 7:06 saying my order was out for delivery! Lol, yea, right! 8pm rolled around & still no order! I called the store & asked were my order was & was told that it just left. I said how could that be, when I got a text, a half an hour ago, saying it was on the way. I said that I hoped our order was hot, when it got here & he assured me that it would! Not! The pizza was luke warm & looked like it had been set on its side with the pepperoni & cheese sliding to one side. I won't be ordering Pizza Hut, ever again. I'll call Pepperoni 's & get better food & customer service?! 🤬🤬🤬

Not sure when they started closing at 8 pm, but I would have rather they canceled my order because they wouldn’t be able to properly fulfill it than pay $22 + tip to receive the wrong thing. We ordered a pizza at 7:16 pm on the app (it didn’t say anything about the store closing soon, etc., so I had no idea they would be closing so soon) and it said 25-35 minutes for delivery. It took over an hour to get to us, which isn’t the issue. We opened the box and it was a plain cheese pizza. We ordered a pan pizza with multiple toppings, as my order confirmation clearly states. I tried to call the store as soon as I realized it was wrong, and that’s when I learned that they were closed. Now I’m stuck with the completely wrong pizza and, based on all of these other reviews, will probably not be compensated in any way for the mistake even if I do try calling tomorrow when they’re open.

In town due to Hurricane Ida. My wife, mother in law and I came to this location to get a pizza. It was extremely hot that day and asked the cashier if we could have some water. The cashier refused my request. Shortly after my mother in law blacked out to due to the heat exhaustion. The cashier reluctant want to call 911. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here.

Firstvof all had to put a star to put a comment-worse freaking experince ever! Order over 50$of pizza took over a hour to here then to top it off the pizza was wrong was cold and spent over a hour to even get a hold of anyone just to be hanged up on..pizza hut needs to find better people working here,be ran horrible!if need a Boss to take care of this business hit me up pizza hut..lol
