Dunkin' Donuts

I come to this Dunkin donuts every day and the coffee's always good the service is always good today Thursday I'm here 4 girls are working there's a long line of cars and everybody had to give them their orders back to remake it again even though after I asked them for less amount of coffee she still gave me a full cup. she gave it to me while the coffee is dripping from the cup all around it at the bottom of the cup no napkins were handed and I'm waiting for them to open the window again so they can give me some napkins and they don't even bother looking at it That's what happens when you leave your store at 4 girls and they don't know what to do. The avacado toast is cold not even warm. So are the hash browns. Pictures below

Sweet people working in there. I was unhappy after the Arlington location by Buffalo Grove didn't want to make my Dunkin' Chino with milk and water. Here they asked me kindly if I wanted milk to be added 😃 they make my day with my weird drink preparation!!! They need to get a raise and their hourly pay very nice people working there!

I picked my 5yo son up from school and we wanted some ice cream. Ok, well I wanted some ice cream and he didn’t object. So, I told him we’re going to a cool ice cream place with real ice cream and a bunch of different flavor. He seems excited - me more so. We arrive and the location looks nice and new. Walk inside and my son says “fancy”, because it’s a pretty new location and it’s nice inside. They even have their own little mini conference room for business meetings. 3 employees at the time and when I ordered my son’s vanilla shake there seemed to be some sort of inside joke going on between the employees. Was it about me? My son? The prospects of another dimension accessible through a space time work hole? Idk, but it made me feel kinda uneasy. I then ordered my mint chocolate chip shake and the same snickering again. Hmmmmmm... not sure what to make of it. The shakes seemed pretty pricey but it is real ice cream and I think Oberweis down the street is pretty similar. So, 3stars overall, but maybe they just aren’t used to in-person customers yet? Idk. Maybe next time things will be better...

I don’t expect much going to this location so that way I’m not to GREATLY disappointed, but this time it was inevitable. I ordered a specialty latte and when I received the latte it had the weight of a cappuccino. I then opened the lid and noticed 2 1/2 inches of whip cream… I know the game here. Just steam the right amount of milk and leave yourself no more than a half inch for whip cream, feel the weight of your customers coffee and have some standards please. When I got home I had to fill my cup up with instant coffee to make up for the lack of actual latte they put in my cup. As a former barista there is NO and excuse to be that ignorant about serving coffee, it you’re gonna do a job do it right, and if you find yourself doing anything less than what’s expected, FIND A NEW JOB.

This is a new-ish location & fairly welcomed as the former Dunkin’ was a walk-in only location. I used to come to this location often until about a year ago. Service was ok w/ consistency. Yesterday was my first time back. Around 1PM & the drive-thru was clear of any cars which was surprising but great (I was running late). My order was pretty simple: Med ice coffee w/ mocha, cream, 2x of espresso & a plain cream cheese bagel. Tell me why it took all of ~10mins and very sloppily put together? There were no patrons inside, just three employees talking amongst each other… We’ve all been young @ a seemingly bs job — I get it. However, work is work and service should be faster AND w/ correct orders… so one can continue to have fun/gossip w/ the coworkers.
