I wish there was a zero star so I could give it. It was my regular stop until today, but I will no longer visit this business. I now understand why this location has only 2.9 stars.
I ignored the poor quality of my coffee every day. They didn't apologize or appear ashamed at all when they messed up my sandwich today and I asked them to fix it.
I will recommend others not to visit this location so that there is a chance to realize and improve the quality of the product and service.

Terrible service make my drinks terrible even when I ask please make it the correct way . NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN !!! Poored this out looked nothing like the picture and tasted as bad as it looked Don't come to this location!!!

The worst!! Ordered a breakfast sandwich and hash browns before work one morning and realized they forgot the hash browns. I was able to go back and asked if they could include a cup of water. They told me there would be a charge… for a cup of ice water!! Are you serious Dunkin? Will never be back to this location

This location is severely inconsistent with their product and their staff is unprofessional and rude. I've come here every day for a week straight, and I've had to get my drinks remade (I order online to make sure it's the way I want it) and it still tastes disgusting. Having worked with coffee, you CANNOT use hot brewed coffee for an iced coffee. You can taste the difference.
This location has been nothing but disappointing

Absolutely the worst Dunkin ever. How can they close the drive-through? I understand it was one person working but that is not OK and that is not a thing the manager should know.

When will this place close? It’s the worst dd I’ve ever been to. It’s be nice to have a fully functioning Dunkin’ in town. They have the worst staff, never trained, rude. Please get a new owner!!

I don’t know what it is with this particular location- I’ve tried a few times now- coffee and speciality drinks- they all taste burnt and like garbage. I’ve thrown everything out. They also have trouble listening, I repeated my order 3x and they still made it incorrectly. They also don’t wear gloves or seemingly take any precautions, so everyone’s cash and cards they’re handling are then used to make your food and drinks.
