Steak 'n Shake

So I have not been to a steak and shake in a while. It's all self service. There is no environment and the people making the food are not the nicest. 3 out of 5 for the food because the cheese was cold for the fries which made the fries cold. My garlic burger was good but the kids did not finish their food they said weird taste. Wish this was a better experience.

Helluva lot better than the one in Branson, MO. The steak patties were tender, the fries were like salty, tasty hashbrowns, the shakes tasted very flavorful and almost completely natural, staff was outgoing. The indoor touchscreen ordering station is very well implemented and organized, responsive, and very hard to mess up your order with. I rate this place Cat between 2 Steak N' Shake buns/10!

So, there is no servers any longer? EVERYTHING is self-serve? That kinda threw us for a loop. But, we rolled with it. After using the kiosk, we went and tried to find a table...remember there is NO ONE on the floor, so the tables were all dirty, the trash cans were full to the point that the door that says "Thank You" wasn't visible any longer. We wiped down our table, and waited for them to call our number. The floor was disgusting, back to no one being in the dining area. The food was good. Everything was cooked well, and our order was spot on. Hate that they are taking the step to be non-customer-friendly. I believe you would get more customer service going through the drive-thru.

If I could give this location a 0 star I would. We ordered from the kiosk. It printed out the wrong receipt with a different order number. We waited 30 minutes and finally I approached an employee who said they were too busy to help. I finally spoke with the manager, she asked what we ordered. When I told her she handed me a sack of cold food and said our order had been sitting there for a while. The ticket on the order was NOT what was on our receipt. . No apology, no attempt to make it right. Burger was cold and had Nothing I ordered on it. Terrible service and food. Very disappointed because we love Steak and Shake

My wife got the basic steak burger, I upscaled and got the steak burger with bacon and all the extras. I got a burger with everything. After receiving our meal I scoped out the burgers. She actually received more condiments on her burger minus the two strips of bacon for two dollars less! Oh, I could not believe you could slice bacon that thin! A rip! Even Mickey D's and Burger King is a better value!!! Skip this place!!!!!

Customer service sucked there is no host there is no waiting staff there isn't even a cashier you walk in and you have to order a a kiosk that has extremely limited options I couldn't even ask for lettuce or tomato on my burger the offer a strawberry or banana shake but you can't get a strawberry banana shake we had to seat ourselves and then our food came up where a cook just yells out a number and then left the food came as a to go order even though we said dine in so we had no plates for our food we had to use napkins but hey on the plus side since no ones around you can just walk up grab a cup and get all the free drinks you want
