I would avoid this Wendy's if I were you. They can't even handle the simplest order. I ordered a Baconator combo and I got a Jr Bacon cheeseburger. Ridiculous. We will NOT be going back.

My burger actually had the butt slice of the tomato and when I took it back to the register the cook strolled out with a slice of tomato in his hand with a f'u look on his face. Coke was out. Dinning room was being used as a storage area. All the employees were in street close, I didn't even see anyone that looked like a manager. Chicken was room temp. Dinning area was around 30 degrees and the music was wide open..... Daym.

I believe they really need proper supervision ..I have been through twice They closed right at 8 pm although their hours are until 10pm they often do not have many of their listed items .. The young people play between each other practically ignoring their customers ..as another review mentioned, they do completely finish with each customer before taking anyone else's order.
I have never seen such a mess from any other Wendy's

They get a lot of grief because they don't dump out the stale food, instead they serve it. However, they were always friendly. I had one bad experience 10 years ago when a worker snuck a dirty disposable glove into my bag, under my burger and fries, but it's all good cause I had that whole night shift fired for it.

My order experience... I spent $28 and it was horrible. The bacon on Burger was not crispy, the fries were hard, the chicken nuggets were cold, they gave us knives instead of spoons for our frostys, didn't give us our honey mustard, and the sweet tea was not sweet at all. Very unsatisfied. 😑

I have no idea how this place stays open. Does the franchise owner not care about making money? Husband was told a month ago in the drive thru that it takes them 20 minutes to change a drawer... Anyone who has worked in fast food knows this is just a lie. Today we all go and they have zero drinks available. No coke, sprite, lemonade anything. This franchise gives Wendy's a bad name.

Some bald white guy with awesome tattoos was running the drive through today - and idk if he was alone, but it looked like he was. And let me tell you man, he gave us the best service we have ever received from this Wendy’s.

Sat at the drive thru for 10 mins. The guy says give me just a minute. After 10 mins he says I just need a few more minutes. The inside is closed and literally one car was in front of me. This Wendy's alone with every other one I have been too lately has forgotten about customer service. I predict they will start closing down soon. I know they don't care, but customers are what keeps you open. You just lost another one.
