The service has gotten horrible. 45 minutes in the drive thru. When I arrived, there where only 3 people in the line. Sat at the speaker for 15 minutes before someone took my order and then 30 minutes at the window getting to watch the manager stuff her face with fries. They didn't know what was ordered and got them mixed up. Not a single acknowledgement of the long wait, no explanation, no apology. Ridiculous.

Where do I even begin with this place...customer service? Nonexistent. Speed if drive through? Wars have been fourth and won in less time. I have literally been waiting in the druve through for 22 minutes, and yes they already have my money and I'm craving my order. Employees? Zero motivation. The only thing this place has going for it is its the only BK within a 70 mile radius of where I'm at.

This FAST food restaurant definitely can not call themselves fast at all. Everyday my uncle goes to get food before work and it takes him anywhere between 30 to 40 mins to get a burger. This is ridiculous, it’s the only BK in Rockingham and this neighborhood deserves better. When he asked for his money back they wanted him to come inside instead of giving him his refund at the window he was parked at. This establishment needs to change their ways and hire more workers or more efficient workers. Either way a change is needed PRONTO.

Joey Santana, Rockingham Nc customer the food was decent but the 2 times my coworker and I have visited we were shorted items, and the sweet tea is never sweetened.
Second to last visit to BK, we went thru drive thru and paid for the purchase but when we got to the pick up window the the operator couldn't find our order on her screen. She fumbled about and asked us 3 different times what we ordered then she walked over to and older gentleman who was dressed in a way that reflects management, they spoke and he began to look down again at the bags infront. We hoped he was looking for ours but 5 mins later when we flagged him down to the window he had no idea what we had as he asked. At he end of it all we wait 37 mins and both sandwiches were made wrong. We work at plastek and we're both 3 minutes late for work. They didn't put a receipt on or in our bag. Manager on duty was the older darkbrown man who wears the golf hat.
The last visit we went in to be safe and still got shorted an item. Nine piece chk. Fry. We count on that fresh meal as dinner for a 12 hr shift and we pay for it and are always kind and complementary to ur staff. Once we get to work and reach in our meal bags and find miss made sandwiches it ruins ur shift cause you count on that one meal. Do better guy's, both times the unattentive manager in a golf hat was present. We try to go when the shoulder length black haired manager works, for some reason every thing is next level food wise taste and proper orders. This all I can do when my money is spent but nothing is received in its place. It's a slap to my over worked face. I'm not the only one. It appears to be very chaotic. Good luck. You owe me my chk fry. I paid for it for crying out loud. The receipts are unledgable so there is no way of validating my claim.
I still love yall though but get back into the game.

Staff was very friendly upon our arrival.
Ordered 2 different items “plain”. Both came with everything on them. So, if you want something other than all the way, you need to yell it I guess! It was 2 different people who ordered.
Took a long time to get the chicken sandwich. No other patrons dining in.
Also, bathroom needed toilet paper in 2 of the 3 stalls. The one we did find to in, it was just the roll laying on the back of the toilet.
Food was okay.

Food was good, service was very slow. I waited for 34 minutes in the drive-thru and only 5 cars in front of me. No apologies for the inconvenience...
