Very rude employees. This place has gone downhill tremendously! The employees are rude and lazy. I went to pick up a order for door dash and the lady at the window handed me a very heavy drink tray and could not even extend her arms to make sure that I had the tray. The last time my family ate from here they got food poisoning. So, the only way I am returning to this place is to pick up a order for door dash. Its sad that these people dislike their jobs so bad that they have to make customers feel like a bother. If you don't like your job quit its that simple!

Put in a mobile order baconator combo with large frosty, large chilli and med frosty. Pulled up said had mobile order pulled around and while I was sitting there waiting for order woman was emptying frosty machine. Another woman handed my wife bag of food, large frosty, and large mountain dew. Kept sitting there woman asked you need something else, wife said yeah we had two frosties. To which they looked bewildered like we didn't know what we ordered. So they looked at the screen that had the order on it and was like oh I didn't see that I'm sorry to which the other woman was like yeah and I just drained the machine. Why you draining the machine so early 8:00 and before you give me my other one. They close at 11:00 and had a line of people. Come on Wendy's do better. I already will not go to McDonald's in Wadesboro because of the ignorance and laziness of it's workers don't want to add Wendy's to my boycott list.

The "our system is down" excuse has become a very obvious cover for not wanting to do your job. Go to this location and nine times out of ten, their system is down. Definitely more issues with the night crew than during the day.

Went for lunch had large chili, a drink and tries the strawberry frosty. Frosty was good, not as good as the ur chocolate frosty but better than vanilla. Good service

The food was good and the service was ok. The tables and chairs were dirty and sticky. The garbage smell was very bad near the front but not as bad in the dining room.

The worst crew of fast food workers I've ever seen!! Rude, lazy and just don't seem to care at all... ordered and paid online..got there and my order wasn't even made...was told to pull my around and had to wait 30 minutes on my food....

It was absolutely horrible. We didn't get half of the order and what we did get was unappetizing at best. Totally disappointed

Wendy's in Rockingham continues to disappoint me. Maybe it's just the night shift, but there's always an issue... whether it be they're out of cheese, the system is down, or taking cards for payment only, continuously out of salads.
If they cannot do business properly, perhaps either new management is needed, or a temporary closure might fix the issues.
I've been lucky enough to run into friendly cashiers face to face, which makes the ordeals encountered a bit bittersweet... But something must be done.
Let the people that want to work there stay, and weed out the folks that don't... practically every fast food restaurant is hiring, and with bonuses different at each location.
If you don't care for your job, and there are so many others within a mile radius, please, do the people that want good service that they're willing to pay for have their simple wish. We all have to work for our money in our own ways. No need to be hateful.
