Dunkin'

Ordered two breakfast croissants and one barely any croissant bread on the top of it. Called to complain and young lady that answered the phone. She stated I could come back and she will have another made but I had to work and couldn't come right back up there. This is not the first time this has happened either. I begin stating I wanted to file a complaint and asked for manager. She started she was the manager. I asked for her name and she stated "for safety reasons she cannot give me her name "", what?????!!!!!. Never heard such a thing. At this point I didn't believe she was a manager. I asked is there another manager working later that day and she said she's the only one and the other managers are out sick or time off. I asked for her name again and she refused to give it to me again. I stated I didn't believe she was a manager and she then proceeded to cut me off and then disconnected the phone. I called back and she answered the phone. At this point I was highly upset with being hung up on and tried to get her name again and asked why did she hang up. She stated because I yelled at her and continued to refuse to give me her name. I responded no I didn't and that she just cut me off and hung up. but on this second call I was yelling after being cut off and hung up on. I will be complaining to corporate
