The soup and bread are fantastic as always.... Service was fast...and food was ready quickly. . .
But that new chicken sandwich... Sigh...
It wasn't the worst thing I ever tasted, but it was certainly the blandest. It just wasn't good.
Would not recommend the chicken sandwich.
Also, it was pretty busy and the table we sat at wasn't clean.
There was a nice girl that was cleaning tables as we were finishing...but she's only one person and can't clean everywhere at once.

Do not do curbside pickup at this location. I marked myself as arrived and entered my parking spot number. I received my text message that my food was ready. No one brought it out to me. After 10 minutes I just went in and it was on the rapid pickup shelf, but was missing my beverage. I asked the nice young lady in the kitchen about it and she told me I would need to get it myself. I didn't mind getting it myself, I was just confused because normally it is just ready to go when I arrive. Curbside pickup aside, I have had nothing but good experiences at this Panera location. Friendly staff, excellent food, and my orders are correct and ready quickly! I had a good experience the one time I used the drive-thru, and rapid pickup always goes perfectly. I will just do rapid pickup instead of curbside pickup from now on.

Quiet and peaceful Panera Bread. Taste is very French-American. The Chocolate Muffie tastes so good and Moist.

Food was great. But this location is so tiny. You can barely find a table, let alone a path to walk from the entrance to said tables. Power outlets aren't even installed correctly, you have to get on your hands and knees and go underneath the desk to even plug in any electronics you have.
And not only is it tiny, it has been busy since I arrived at 8am. There is no break in the amount of customers here. It's located next to a busy hotel or two, along with an apartment complex. Really think Panera should have thought about how they were going to build this building before they made it the tiniest barely walkable building to ever exist.

I enjoy their breakfast sandwiches, lunch bowls, and bagels. Their curbside pickup is ridiculously slow- even when I check in with the app it has taken more than 10 minutes to get my order (after I get the notice my order is ready)! I end up just going to the drive thru to pick up what I need.

Super disappointed. Especially with the $1.99 upcharge for this "tomato cucumber salad". Normally the bowls are really good but not this time. The teriyaki chicken was very dry and tough; the broccoli was cold and there was not much flavor. Quantity seems to be generously lacking for a $12 dish especially compared to the other bowls I have purchased from Panera in the past (normally 1.5 meals worth, this dinner was supplemented with food from a neighboring restaurant). I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with this $2.00 "salad" also. Come on Panera...
