Kfc

This store DOES offer the new Beyond Chicken. For that I give an extra star. I have not been to a KFC in years, but I remember how the food tasted and served. It's NOT like that now. The Beyond Chicken is NOT appealing like the commercial, it's just cubed, lightly prebreaded, and not prepared like the KFC chicken tradition. No corn on the cob anymore, just generic corn in a little cup. No butter, no seasoning. Not KFC tradition. My "Famous Bowl", was dry, no gravy. Cheap mashed potatoes, a little corn, and chicken bits instead of actual chicken breasts cut up. Plus, the small extras like jalapeno peppers are no longer available. Now, the service was not impressive either. The attendant seemed clueless to their own menu items. Our questions were simple, but another employee had to step up and answer them, and they were more indifferent to our questions than sincere. Sorry, this may have been the reason I stopped going there, but now I know why we won't be going back.

Let me start by saying that I probably didn't know that when I ordered "hot-wings" that they would be served hot "AF". The chicken far from tenders were covered from top to burnt bottoms in a toxic grease sauce from hell. Resembling the grease dripping you might find in the catch under the burners, early in the year when yur cleaning yur grill out for the season ahead. In retrospect, the dried pork rind looking pieces of chicken (?) chips were absolutely smothered in hell spice and grease. Every bit of $10.00 worth. When I asked the window person to "please, could I have some honey mustard sauce with those, as well as some extra napkins and 1 packet of ketchup? The lady told me "Sir, all of that will be in there when we're able to deliver er that order out to yur car". As she slid the window closed with her back to me.
