Kfc

We picked up dinner here on our way home. When we went in the place had only a few drifters talking in a booth asking each other how much money they had. There were a few people on staff but, we had to wait while they took care of all the drive through orders. This was kinda annoying because you are just standing up and waiting while everyone else comes and gets their food before you. When we finally got to order we ordered a few chicken sandwiches. The food did come out hot but, the whole visit took more than a hour. Fast food isn't fast when you have to wait an hour to get food in an empty restaurant.

I wanted a 3 piece original leg and thigh dinner box with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. There, I said it. That's all I wanted. But the clerk looked at me like I had two heads and told me to pick a number on the menu board. I look up and there's like 4 menu boards full of stuff. I finally convinced him to fill the order anyways without a number. So I had to repeat it about three times and then I was asked what drink I wanted. And I told him I'm not ordering a drink I'm just ordering a dinner. Then he said okay I can fix this. Maybe this is why I waited almost 10 minutes for the lady in front of me to order. It just doesn't need to be this difficult.

We went thru drive thru last night and was helped by Janell, let me tell you she had the best customer service I have seen in so long, smiled, very pleasant, she acted as if she wanted to be there and not forced. Kudos to you Janell, you rock and I hope your management knows your worth. Moving on.. the experience and food was amazing. It was 100% all around the best fast food restaurant ive been to in a long time and was not disappointed about something in a long time.
