Tim Hortons

I won’t be back to the Tim Hortons - 500 Pinewood road in Riverview. I’ve never had a bad experience with a Tim Hortons so I was quite shocked how rude the guy was to me. I specifically went there to get a pack of Tim’s bits for my dogs birthday. I specifically asked for plain TimBits and I didn’t even get 1 plain one. I asked for a breakfast wrap and he gave me a home-styled sandwich. The two coffee and the two hash browns were cold and the other sandwiches had bacon when asked for sausages. Im not a picky person but when I pay for certain things that’s what I’d prefer. To top it off the costumer service was horrible. He was basically sighing in my face as if I was wasting his time… Of course everyone has there bad days and everyone messes up there orders once in a while but all this combined made it a terrible experience for us . I wish it was much more of a happy place at this Tims because it’s near my house and I’d be giving them a lot of business if it was different.

Relative to other Tim's locations in Moncton they currently have a decent staff here. 99.99% of the time they get my order right when I get home with it so it's my preferred location. My main beef is they close this store at 8pm. I don't really know if any of their stores are open 24 hours anymore but there are only 3 stores in town here and one of them closes latest, at 10pm. Corey Craig is an extremely poorly run company. People who got rich in spite of their own massive ineptitude

I won’t be going here daily anymore, this place is a disaster. I refuse to go to any place where I have to argue for a straw to put in my iced coffee or beg for more ice so that it doesn’t melt immediately upon driving away. I rarely complain but this place has a lot of problems. Update - I changed my review to 3 stars as they have been doing a much better job lately and Newf is the best!

They never have the food you actually want available whether its first thing in the morning or I'm grabbing food on my way home at 4. & talk about slow service. I just spent 10 minutes just waiting to order then ordered my food just to get to the window and be told they don't have any of what I ordered. But at least I got my coffee lol... friendly staff thats about all they have going for this location
