Reached out to the company and the owner. However, was just emailed about how the staff is trained well. I've attached pics of my foot long steak sub with easy mayo looked. As you can see very little steak and loaded with mayo. Horrible customer service as the staff then the owner never offered to make it right. I'll stick to your much more customer oriented competitors and advise others to as well.

New owners was good news and I'm happy to see the place up and running. The last 5 times I placed online orders they have been wrong. I have called about the mistakes twice . The 1st time the man I spoke with (I believe was an owner ) was incredibly understanding apologized for the mistake and offered to replace the sub (wonderful customer service) The second time was today. I placed an online order and one sub had zero lettuce on it. When I called a young man answered the phone listened to what I had to say asked me to wait a moment and conferred with his co-worker (Cindy?) . Her advise was to tell me if I wanted them to do something about it to drive up and they will give me some lettuce...... Not how I would deal with a mistake I made on someone's food . Disappointed to say the least.
