Dunkin'

I go here almost everyday. My only complaint is the turnover rate has been high lately and a few times I have received the wrong order or my order wasn't made the way it was supposed to be. The staff are friendly it's just that they are constantly training new people. Other than that it is a good place.

DISGUSTING WASTE OF MONEY. I used to come here and it was actually good before. idk what happened but the last 3 times i completely wasted my money. i explained my coffee over three times in the drive through , and not only did they still get it wrong but also had grounds in my coffee! and when i went in to have them respectfully correct it they acted as if i told them something wrong lol like i work for dunkin donuts too I know how the system works and I Def know how to order my own drink lmao. this last time that I came today I had a free coffee from my app from my loyalty rewards but I litteraly threw the whole thing out! i also ordered a scoop of ice scream and they gave me like half a melted scoop. DO NOT COME HERE ! save your time and save your money TRUST ME . Go to the one accross the street of publix on 301 its next to wendys 💯🙏 I only gave one star because of the non exinsistant 0 star option and thats just honesty.

Ordered a Carmel craze ice coffee and when the lady handed it to me it didn’t have caramel on top with the cinnamon I told her there’s no caramel and she said oh my god really and turned around shook her head and walked away. I said I don’t want it I want my money back. The cashier even said to the manager she was rude to this customer and the manager never even apologize.

Also shared with Baskin Robins This place is horrible, I waited to review , I gave them 3 fair chances with terrible visits. When there's nobody waiting. The won't wait on you. To busy talking When they do finally wait on you, you can't here them talking because the music is so loud. If you need to know what type of ice-cream is in the cooler, good luck. It's not marked on the cooler, and they can't tell u, they don't know. I will not go back,they are kids with no supervision.
