Very nice young lady at drive thru window. Order was all correct & ready when I got there. My only complaint was, I had 3 large drinks and they were out of cup holders/carriers. I tried the new Dragon Paradise Brisk tea and it is Awesome!! Very different flavor.

I placed my order over 30 minutes ago on the app, have been waiting on the store and no one acknowledges the people waiting or coming in the store. After over 20 minutes waiting and more people came inside and someone finally came to the counter, asked my name and walked away. Another 15 minutes passed and I asked one of the workers that walked by how long it would be — her answer was that she didn’t know “I am not a line worker”. That woman served a few more cars in drive thru and then came back to me at the counter and asked what I had ordered, I told her my name and that I had a mobile order. She said the person I “checked in” with hadn’t checked in the order so they hadn’t even started making it. She was apologetic but still had no idea how long it would be (meanwhile the girl I had told my name to the first time watched from the tortilla press and said nothing). There’s a small child running around the back, customers being ignored, clearly no manager on duty since I asked to speak to one and the response I was given was: “you can cancel your order if you’d like”. Obviously staffing is an issue here, but this is past that — clearly a lack of customer service training and management skills. Would NOT recommend anyone waste their time or money here.

Food was good. Fresh tasting. Forgot to make the soft tacos as supremes for the number 9 but we didn't say anything. Just ate them. Less calories I suppose. Mexican pizza was great. Thanks.

I just had a mobile order for $31 and I’m missing 2 supreme tacos 🌮. I know you were very busy tonight with very large orders. I’ve tried calling on numerous occasions and a message says the number you are calling is busy. I would like my tacos please I just don’t feel like coming all the way back tonight. I will continue to try calling tonight to let the manager know. Thanks. Update: I called today and spoke with KAYLA she was amazing and made it right. She went above and beyond and apologized for the inconvenience. I told her I understood as I saw how busy they were with the large orders last night. Thank you Kayla and the rest of the team!

They were out of most the things I wanted( it was only 6 pm), I asked to add a nacho fry at the window and they informed me they couldn't do that and I needed to drive thru again. I've never been told that anywhere, especially other taco Bell's. I can say the Food was not bad. The service however was awful, especially the supervisor on shift. He was rude and unhelpful.

Ordered through the drive-thru because the online ordering system wouldn't let us be great. We had 5 unique orders and they got everything right. The lady at the drive-thru was amazing, kind, patient, and courteous. That's what customer service is all about!!❤️
