Ordered online for pick up at restaurant, process is quick and easy. Price for meals wasnt too bad considering we did get 3 meals. Order was ready within 20 minutes. When I got there the pick up for curbside was not available since it was after 10p.m. so I had to go inside, outside was clean of debris. Inside was clean as well, the pick up area isn't the best area since it is in the way toward restroom but works. The food was delicious and warm. Overall good experience and great food.

I ordered pickup and paid for extra tangers… came home to this note on my to go container. When I spoke to the restaurant manager (Jordan) she said she “discounted my total” umm, you can’t discount something if you removed a charge that I was willing to pay for. If I wanted a basic burger I would’ve went to McDonald’s. I hate that Jordan did take any accountability…just offered a credit. No ma’am refund my burger or I’ll have my credit card co dispute the charge. Let’s see in 5-7 days.

I placed an order over the phone for 2 kids meals. My kids don’t eat chicken so we changed it to shrimp and instead of mash potatoes to go with there pasta we got salad. Once completing my order I was given the price of $12.88. When I go to pick up my food my order had then changed to $28 and some change without any knowledge. Instead of the manager addressing the employee for number one wasting my gas and two my time she wanted to revamp my entire order and I’m return I refused to purchase and left. Poor management. Poor staff. Poor communication. Poor decision making. Never ordering from here again.

The place was pretty packed when we arrived. We had a party of 8 with a 45 minute wait. After we got seated and ordered the food, drinks and appetizers came out quickly even though there were some issues with both. Entrees came out and they were wrong and then waited 15 minutes for a burger to come out because they were waiting on "French Fry's". Once the burger came out, the fries were ice cold.
