My crisp tacos were anything but crisp, they didn't drain off the grease and the tacos were literally dripping plus there was no cheese on them. I could not finish eating them, they went in the trash. I also ordered chips and cheese sauce and the chips had so much salt on them we couldn't eat them either. 😩 We used to love to go there but not anymore. Too bad 👎

Never had a good experience there. The wait it always so long and even if the food isn't the worst, it's not fresh. And what's the point of double checking that you don't want tomatoes on a taco (I am allergic) if they are just gonna throw them on anyway? They're rude when you go back to get the order fixed and take twice as long. I get it if they are short staffed but there is no need to be rude or not listen to diet requests. And if it's gonna take 15 to 20 minutes in the drive thru, least get it right the first time!

Hot food, nice staff. I don't know what it is about taco johns but I really enjoy their food and especially their tacos and hot sauce. Recommend a 6 pack and a pound

I went thru the drive thru. I got my meal quik. The burrito was delicious and seemed to have been prepared carefully. So it was a good experience.

Pulled up to the drive through 10 minutes before closing, nobody even spoke to us, shut the lights off and went to the food prep area. The night crew suck there! Not too long ago they actually charged us a $1.00 for the salad dressing for a chicken salad! Need a new night manager!

Generally great service, but they managed to mess up a very specific order. I ordered a six pack of tacos without cheese or lettuce. They all came without cheese but with lettuce. I'd repeated my order at least twice yet they still failed. Disappointing.
Tasted pretty good though.
