The food is always prepared and tastes fresh *at this IHOP 😁 There happens to be a sister and brother who wait tables there and you'd be lucky to have either one of them wait on you. They're both warm, friendly, fabulous servers who are willing to go the extra mile for you - so please remember to tip them well and your appreciation! For anyone who does not know that servers are paid $2.15 an hour I think because it is assumed that people who go out to eat also plan to include gratuity for their servers. 20% of the total bill is customary if your service is satisfactory.

We went in while they're doing their construction, which seemed like it would have hindered service, but it didn't! Our visit was absolutely amazing and our server, Samuel provided hands down, the best service we've had in a long time! He was friendly, helpful, accommodating, professional and very personable. I'd love to see more people like Samuel in the service industry! The food was fast and great. The bathrooms were clean, much cleaner than what I was expecting to find, which makes me so happy to see! The restaurant was also clean and also well managed, it was evident by how smoothly it was run.

Me and my wife have been wanting to come here each Saturday for the past couple of months and this morning we were finally able to. And it was a wonderful experience. The food was great and service was even better. Also they brought me a refill before I was even done with my drink which I always love.
