I think they should have staff more committed to the service, they made us wait longer than they asked for to supposedly fill in, the boy with an attitude made us wait for two more times than they said.

I placed an order for delivery. Someone calling an hour before they’re scheduled to close to say they had put the food away an couldn’t fulfill my request. I had to call another location to ask questions about refund because no one would answer when I called back.

I'm not even sure what to say about this. I got the California club sandwich which has avocado. I crunched really hard on something I assumed was the avocado end, but it hurt my teeth. I was appalled to find what I did. I told the people working there and requested they empty the containers of food that made my sandwich in case there was more. I would've liked a manager to be notified or something more done than just a sorry. It's hard to see but that's a jagged piece of plastic or glass that could've cut my esophagus. I'm still grossed out and appalled. Be cautious at Subway!!

Employees have apparently yet to be properly trained on how to use a toaster.

So how many subways do you know that will only put a few pieces of meat on a one meat sub, but charge full price? I know of 1, this one! I didn't order that sub, but gave an extra star for the nice kid who had to warn us with a timid look on his face.
Now about their food, it was disgusting and more expensive than others (it's in the mall should be excepted, I guess lol).

Worst. Waiting for more than 45 min cause there's only 1 employee trying to serve the line of people while the other/others employees are in the back doing who knows what.. 🙄🤔
