One of the worst Culver's experiences I've ever had. Pay $11 for a burger and fries, fries come out cold, burger comes out with cold patties and cheese. At least they got the order correct and all the ingredients were there.. although I had to reassemble the sandwich myself after it got to the table. Poor management and poor training. Won't be eating at this location again.

The staff are always super friendly and the food is good. Made my son's day when some of the workers were talking to him (Excuse the random cheese curd)

We had a staff meeting and my boss ordered 12 concrete mixers and we only received 11. I didn’t get mine, and he went back to the restaurant to get the one we were missing and they accused him of lying. Why would he be lying when he obviously drove back this late for something WE paid for… poor customer service, these kids need to be trained better.

Waited 10 minutes in line for a cup of melted ice cream. Couldn’t even get a lid for it. Btw it was supposed to be a Vanilla and cookie dough concrete mixer.

I go to alot of fast food places (hopefully that stops soon) but I can tell you the food here beats usual Culver's locations. Burgers aren't ever overcooked, they make sure to get you the ice cream quickly if the food is gonna take long so you can enjoy the custard and further more it's just nice to go to a fast food place and get decent food.
I also gotta stop eating fast food but that's another issue lol

Unfortunately if I could give this place zero stars I would. The poor old woman that was there at least 5 minutes before us was still waiting for her food after we got ours a half hour later. Mind you we had 4 meals she had one. Also the drive through people were being served before the customers inside. Lastly, after finally getting our food 30 minutes later, it was cold and sandwiches were poorly put together. Not a good reputation for Culver’s in Ripon

I have went 3 times now and my order has been incorrect every time.

There has been a lot of turnovers here, but it's improving. This visit was as expected. Give management a chance folks, good service/food.
