Sonic Drive-in

Food was decent, but the lady taking my order was rude, cut me off multiple times, I had to repeat my order multiple times and she was pushy. Then she brought us our food and acted like she couldn't be bothered and she ignored my girl when she asked for sauce. Over all good was decent but horrible service. I will not return to that location.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! We had a HORRIBLE Experience at this Sonic tonight. HORRIBLE customer service. We are thinking about NEVER returning here. We Love crushed ice and the Modesto Sonic was not selling bags of ice. We drove ALL the way to the Ripon Sonic only to be told: "sorry for the inconvenience, we are NO longer serving customers right now." And this was at around 10pm (1.5 hours before you close on Friday nights). We pleaded with the worker that we drove about 15 miles from Modesto and all that we needed was 2 bags of ice. Yet, the worker kept on repeating herself saying over and over: "sorry for the inconvenience we are no longer serving customer tonight." We were left high and dry and wasted an almost 30 mile round trip. I felt SO angry and furious. We might never come back to this Sonic. Need to speak to a manager.

I usually love sonic onion rings, but I was sadly disappointed when my food was barely warm! The girls were busy cleaning the windows and what appeared to be flirting with one another, not that the flirting bothered me at ALL!, but come on now... it doesn't take that much to microwave a hot dog with chili on it. I'll go back and give it a try, but I'll make sure to complain the next time.

Just went here, got the Honey BBQ chicken with tots and strawberry limeade. The drink was fine, easy ice like I asked, however the food was terrible. Tots are definitely very old, I just threw them away after trying a few. Chicken seemed a little overdone, and was basically just fried flour without any actual chicken (I know the workers can't help this part), however there was plenty of sauce at least. Customer service was fine. Over all not impressed, not planning to go to this location again.
