I have been told for over 2 months store decision not to stock thousand island dressing. We buy 4-6 salad with grilled chicken every week. Two weeks ago I was told box of dressing came by mistake and my order completed. Tonight’s order I was told again not stocked. I ask for general manager and district manager names and telephone numbers. My request denied per employee per night manager. She would not identify herself per company policy.
Every place I have ever worked. You had to identify yourself if asked.
The place has gone to being run by a group of youngsters without much supervision.
I have asked to just reduce cost salad by value of dressing (denied several times).
They have lost consistency with missing toast, messy container with sauces/food on container, cucumbers peeled and not peeled, portion size varies, etc.
We have been loyal customers since moving here three years ago. Most complaints have gone undocumented.

I went by at 2:29 pm this afternoon and ordered a grilled regular salad, and a “New Southwest Zalad” (photo of receipt included). I even left the balance from a 20 dollar bill as a small tip. When I first arrived at the drive through the person on the other end said “What’ll you have” very impolitely. When I got home with the salads and opened the bag, both of the styrofoam containers were smeared with food residue, like whoever packed them didn’t even wipe their hands. Upon opening them up, I found the bread was bent and cold as ice. A small bite told me it was probably laying around for a long time before being put into container. Both salads looked like somebody just opened the container and threw stuff in. There were NO SW strips on the SW salad, and no corn. Whoever put these salads together DID NOT CARE. I called and asked for the manager and a lady named Samantha told me she was the manager. I told her what had happened with the salads and she just said “can I send you some coupons in the mail”. No “I’m sorry” or “can I redo your salad” I again reiterated why I was upset, and she didn’t really seem to care beyond wanting to get me off the phone. I intend to let the store owner know…or store manager. I understand restaurants are slammed and short handed now, but you still need to take your time and at least make good food for the people who choose to eat there. If other people can’t wait in line to get their food, let them leave. I waited, but got two salads I threw away, and wasted 20 bucks. Don’t go to this place is my advice.

If I could rate this place no stars I would, I work for a food delivery service and a lot of my customers were complaining about the food. So I decided tonight and go and get food for my family. I ordered the 20 piece chicken fingers, 2 fries 4 bread, and a cob grilled salad. The chicken was cold and way overcooked. The bread was fine but it was not hot, the grilled chicken for the salad was overcooked and burnt.
Don't understand if they got a new cook but the food was awful tonight. From my customers, it's been the last 2 weeks.
Owner needs to check up on the location and fix the issues it was not like this before.

This place is understaffed every time I come here. Takes ages to get through the drive thru. There's 12 or more people inside right now waiting on food, with cars all the way around the building. Bunch of kids behind the counter with no hope of keeping up. Everyone in here is irritated. It's starting to heat up, this should get good. 3/17/22 8:00pm.

Drive thru is slower than any other restaurant. You arrive to place an order only to be told to hold on. Assuming so they can take orders inside. Either short staffed or just don't know how to run a drive thru. If you want good chicken fast don't go here. Not like Chick-fil-A drive thru.

They’ve messed up my order and left things out every time. Yesterday, they messed up my order and left out part it it, so my fiancé had to go inside to get it corrected. The guy at the drive thru lied to him and told him they no longer roll the chicken on the salad in sauces (they do) and his excuse for leaving out part of the order was that it was “taking too long.” So you just let us leave without what we ordered?

Food is great but the location could use staff that actually cares about cleanliness and the appearance of the place. Tables were dirty, garbage was falling out of the container, not what people want to see when they walk in to a place for food.
