Taco Bell

Here to share TWO great experiences at this Taco Bell because I'm sick to death of people complaining about minor things. The staff here are courteous, kind and they are doing their very best! They are quick and efficient - have had TB two nights in the last two weeks and the service was consistent and my orders were correct and tasty! I don't eat fast food often, but when I do - it will be here! You guys are GREAT!!! Imagine being a young adult and this being your first job and all customers do is whine and moan online. How about saying something POSITIVE to these youngsters to ENCOURAGE them rather than beat them down! I wish I had gotten the cashiers names because they were great! One was a tall male with dreads and the other was a young lady working tonight around 7PM who was friendly and both had beautiful smiles! Keep up the great work!

If I could give a minus I definitely would. It seems as though the were doing one car order at a time the service was so slow. I asked why is it taking so long and the excuse I got was "Well its different at night and we are training people. The next visit it took 20min in drive through and when I got home with my order it looked and taste like it had been sitting under a warmer. The next visit in the same week I was told they only serving tacos because they were about to close. The worst taco bell I've ever visited.. I dont know why I kept going back the service never improved.

I have gone to this Taco Bell and gotten a cheesy Gordita crunch supreme before. Today I asked for a supreme Gordita crunch and they charged me for a Crunchwrap supreme when I got my receipt I told them I didn’t want a Crunchwrap supreme I wanted the Gordita supreme. They informed me that it does not come supreme I said all it is is adding sour cream and tomato’s. The cashier said sorry we don’t do that. Very disappointed that y’all couldn’t just add tomatoes and sour cream all the sudden.

I don't post reviews often, but I was actually pretty appalled by my only ever visit to this location. I understand that Taco Bell is not fine dining, but there's a line. The crunch wrap, of which I included a photo, was not only put together and presented poorly, but was pretty much only half full. The same goes for both of the 5 layer burritos in our order, which only had meat, cheese, and sour cream. Each one was mostly tortilla. After receiving the order I realized I had no sauces, so I walked inside to fetch some and ended up witnessing likely the least professional behavior I've seen from any group of fast food employees (usually it's just one or two, but I'm pretty sure I heard at least 4 people). They were arguing loudly, cursing at one another, etc. What ever dingbat is in charge of this place really needs to get their employees to shape up or hire new staff. Visit at your own risk.
