Food was fresh and staff was friendly especially the food preparer by the name of "Anna". My order needed to be corrected and she went above and beyond to ensure we got what we wanted and was compassionate, attentive and a positively customer service oriented staff member. She is amazing!

I’m truck driver and I parked my truck on side just for Dunkin coffee …when I go inside the Gujarati man was making online mobile order and I wait 10 mins then I call him so many times he even didn’t listen me and after 20 mins he said I can’t take ur order right now because I’m doing online orders …u guys make me to hate Dunkin donut …this is worse Dunkin I ever had .

Good location, easy to access and parking was no problem. Great atmosphere! Communication could be better, they messed up the order but they were quick to fix it and we're friendly. Vanilla chia was amazing although the bagel had very little cream cheese which was a little disappointing.

Worker worked in backside. I had to call him many times. He finally came to the front. But still he did his work, cleaned something. I felt I was invisible. Didn’t say hi. Slow and slow. Terrible store and service.

If you stop at this location, give yourself an extra 20 minutes. The people that work here are so incredibly slow and more concerned about the online orders coming in than the 8-10 people standing front of them waiting on line. 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Every time I go into this location. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. It's ridiculous.

This location has the potential to be great! The workers are dedicated & hardworking. It’s up to the Managers & Owners to do their part and make sure they are staffed correctly.
On a Wednesday Morning at 8 am there should never only be 2 people working at a Dunkin’ Donuts (I don’t care that they changed their name to just Dunkin’ either) America Does Run on Dunkin’, but not at this location.
Doesn’t matter if you use the App for a Mobile Order. 30 mins later you’ll still go inside and have to wait at least 5 mins cause something will be missing from your order.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to in my life. Place was empty when I came in and ordered a simple simple order. This was 15 minutes ago. Poor guy that just walked in has been waiting to be helped for the last 10 minutes... when I finally received my egg and cheese wrap... it was a piece of card board with an egg outside of it... and cheese was ice cold... he didn’t even say a word just threw it at me
Oh not to mention last week when I came here and the two workers told me I couldn't order because they were waiting for someone else to come place an order... 10 minutes later...
