Staffs are friendly here and food taste good but when I saw this on Sep 5, 2021at 5:30pm while getting my food in Drive Through seeing food left next to the garbage area of this McD at #2 Rd and Blundell of Richmond, I begin to change my mind with no more eating the Buns of the burger here. Buns are left next to Garbage bins where there could be mouse and birds visiting to get a bite, the delivery man should have keep the pile of Buns inside the warehouse of this McD first instead of just left it outside next to the garbage area.

Ordered a happy meal and combo, turned out to be sad &embarrassing meal. Using the kiosk to order forgot to add sauce for the nuggets. Asked the order pickup counter for sauce. Thought they would kindly give me one. Instead I was to show proof. Checked if I had paid for one. Opened my daughter’s happy meal and look if I had nuggets and didn’t hide it in the bag. Wow I felt like I was thief. Worst of all it happened in front of my 7 year old daughter and other customers. Very disappointed and never in my 20 years visiting McD, felt so shamed and embarrassed. I would rather visit other competitors that offer their sauce as a customer service and believe your customer isn’t trying to steal a $.10 item. I would even understand if it was a new employee but being the manager at McDonald’s not acceptable. I hope corporate Improves service and cleanliness at this location.

Be sure to check the items when picking up the mobile orders. Our order was fairly complex and we realized that one third of the order was missing when we were home. Kids were terribly disappointed. This completely defeated the purpose of having the convenience of curb-side pick-up. I left a review this time because this was the third time this has happened at this location.

They are open 24hours, so that's great! We were out till late so we went around 2a.m. we ordered fillet-o-fish and fries. Our order took too long to prepare, which in understandable as they seemed to be short staffed, we held up the queue for a long time as we waited for our order. The food tasted great as always but they messed up our order this time, one of our burgers we had ordered was double fillet-o-fish, but they gave us another person's order that had extra cheese and no tartar sauce. They didn't reconfirm our order while giving it to us, so we thought all was in order, we realized once we got home, and there was no way we could go back and get it exchanged or whatever. I was very disappointed.

You definitely have to check your order, especially drive through. For Happy Meals, ALWAYS missing items, toys or fries or yogurt. When I tried to reflect about the missing item, they would question you with an attitude and rolled eyes. I paid for a complete set of Happy Meal and not asking for anything extra. I wish I can give no star to this MCD. Too bad the minimum I can give is a 1 star which I think they don’t even deserve.
