Mcdonald's

I don't eat fat food very often and this was a reminder why I rarely go to McDonald's. I had a Big Mac for the first time in 30 years and it was horrible. Stick with the quarter pounder with cheese. Regardless, they are overpriced for the amount and quality of food, IMHO. Wendy's, Popeye's, Chic Fila, etc are far better.

A McDonald's Double 🍔 Hamburger is always satisfying! They tasted good when I was a kid & they taste good now! Fast service if you hit it right. They have it to a science. They need to replace the electric drive-thru menu outside as it has been on the fritz a long time at the Arch Rd. Midlo. location. They were not busy Sat. Night when the other a mile+ west of them on Midlo. was crazy busy with a double drive-thru backed up.

Since I last reviewed this location, things have improved significantly. Now, the order ahead app and wi-fi actually work so that you can actually get curbside delivery from a very pleasant "crew member." Curbside delivery is very prompt. Even if you place your order a little ahead of your arrival, the food is hot. They wait until you let them know (via the app) that you have arrived and which numbered space you are parked in before they prepare your food. As for the food, it is your standard Mickey-D's fare. Also, as usual, sometimes the milk shake machine is working, and sometimes it is not. The best way to check is to open the menu in the app and start to order a milkshake. If the machine is down, it will say your milkshake is unavailable. As with most locations, the inside and outside are kept very clean, and there is more than adequate parking. At mealtime, the drive-thru line gets backed up - apparently, this is a popular location. The line moves fairly quickly, but your wait at those times is likely to be up to 5 - 7 minutes.

Nothing bad happened here but the floor was very sticky and the play area hasn't been cleaned in over 2 weeks, per the sheet they keep on the wall to show you when they last cleaned, and the visible dirt. But this is a really nice facility and could easily be 5 stars and a huge money maker for McDonald's if the food was hot and place was clean.

I had my son's birthday party at this location this past weekend and we had the best experience! Our hostess was Ms. Beatrice and she did an amazing job!!! She was super friendly and attentive, provided great customer service, and was smiling the entire 2 hours we had her! Our party package included happy meals, dessert, and a Ronald McDonald cake. They also gave each kid a goodie bag! We had 13 kids and 14 adults. The staff was kind enough to already have an additional table setup to seat additional guests. The party room size was adequate for the number of guests we had, but I would not recommend having a party that is larger than 13 kids. The room had a door that leads directly to the play area and also had its own restroom. Despite a slight hiccup in the scheduling (our party was 12-2pm but they had us down for 5-7pm), they were able to accommodate us right away and provide a wonderful hostess! Thank you to Ms. Bea, the manager, and the rest of the staff for making this an enjoyable experience!

Came here for a friend's daughter's birthday party. I was familiar with this location but has never been in since the remodel. It was very clean and nice. There was a separate room with doors for the party and it had a door which led directly to the indoor play space AND even it was spectacular! Usually I'm leary to let my daughter play at some of the other locations but this one was different, I didn't even mind taking my shoes off in there! As for the party, the manager Adrienne was very accommodating and friendly! She made sure we were equipped with everything we needed and her smile made me feel like she truly wanted to ensure we had a great time! If you are considering a spot for a quick meeting or kids birthday party this is it! We had a small party, about 9 adults and 7 kids but there was plenty of room for more.

McDonald's is long known for burgers and fries. But they also have a very nice salad. I personally like the Southwest Salad, which if like protein get the chicken. You have a choice of fried or grilled. I love them both. But the grilled is only about 315 calories which is hard to beat. They have several different dressing to go on it too. The salad has corn, beans shredded cheese and tortilla chips.
