This was the slowest KFC I have ever been too
I actually got out of my car to see if they were slaughtering the chicken..That's how long it took. But I was told that they had to fry an item...Chicken good as h@$%

This place has the best KFC chicken in the whole area of Richmond. I order a 12pc meal for my family and was greeted by this nice person name Joseph. The mangers made sure I had everything that I needed and the food was hot and fresh thanks a lot Malik. Special thanks to Robert about telling me this donation to the military kids that can also give you a coupon book. Will definitely recommend it here for chicken lovers.

I had the best customer service I have had in a long time coming from a fast food restaurant. The crew were very attentive to my wants. They were pretty fast considering Covid-19 limiting the distance between the customers getting take out orders. I appreciate the cleanliness as well.
