Panera Bread

I've not eaten there in years. Man, my sandwich was soooooo fresh and good. The soda THOUGH, it was so good. It tasted like real Coca-Cola, like yummy. I don't even drink McDonald's coke because it's always trash. Panera Bead, in the Arnold S. tone, "I'll be back." The were out of some items I requested, bummer, but my meal made up for it. Friendly young lady at the register. She was knowledgeable.

I come to Panera almost every morning, yet nothing compares to Sunday mornings where we get the warmest welcoming. The inside is currently closed, so we went through the drive through line. A young lady, Kayla, took our order and money, and recommend my husband a sandwich based off him telling her he wanted something savory and trusted her opinion. We absolutely loved the sandwich and how sweet and patient she was when we couldn’t decide!! A beautiful young lady with pink hair handed the bag to us, just as sweet. Love these workers! Always a great service on Sundays. Love Panera.

This panera is the closest to me majority of the time, and it's by far the best place to eat at compared to most surrounding establishments. I will admit I didnt expect my dinner to be any different than the tasteless meals I've had from close by. You can really tell who ever cooked the food I ate really loves what they do. If you cook with love it is noticed by any one who tastes your creations. I will be visiting this Panera as long as I reside in richmond, others are 5x more busy making me late to get back from break. No soup is worth losing a job over that's why it took me so long to try this place out. My expectations were quite off and I'm glad to be wrong for a change.

Sunday morning, a girl on drive-thru with a black jacket told me there wasn’t any yogurt parfaits which was the only thing I planned to order. I let the person with me order and went on with my day. As soon as I got to the window, she was extremely sweet and offered to make me a fresh yogurt parfait at the window before even taking my card. The drive-thru staff here is immaculate and they took care of me that morning, our food was also amazing. I will be returning to this location, only complaint is there’s a wait but from what I seen the few that were there held it down. Tipped $10 😊
