What A Bagel

I used to get takeout from here all the time and their food was lovely, especially before Covid. Went here for breakfast today with my family and while the food was nice, there was mould in the hot sauce that they provided us and the cream cheese we got also tasted like mould. It was pretty off putting....when we told the wait staff about it, they didn't really seem bothered and did not offer an apology, nor did they comp the cream cheese. While their bagels and pastries are amazing, I don't think we'll be going there again for breakfast...

First time going here to dine in. All I wanted was a bagel sandwich… the waitress lady was not patient at all, did not do a good job explaining how it worked and had attitude problems… the place stank …. The food was not good either , we got two bagel breakfast meals , and it was over $50… both worth the price , Atleast if the experience was better , it wouldn’t have been as bad. Customer service just sucked . The bagel itself was pretty solid …

What a place! Excellent quality and variety of genuine bagels. You'll never have to worry about fresh bagels being available because this place always has the freshest bagel around! Large variety of toppings as well, and they prepare your sandwich or bagel the way you want it. There's also a sit-down restaurant in the same location.

I just left this restaurant right now, it was the first and last time that we go there. the lady who takes order doesn’t have a respectful attitude and as if, she doesn’t know about customer service at all! The way she Welcomes the customer and takes order and talks, it seems she is getting fight angrily with you!
