Cake was good but service was horrible, the lady cashier was forcing me to hurry up and leave the store. Com’on i went there to spend money to buy a cake, at least give me some time to choose one.She was saying i had very long day, i am so tired. Ok i understand but i am your customer you are not suppose to say this. One important thing is they don’t accept card payment, i mean com’on we leaving in AMERICA man. Shame on them.

I recently ordered the friday of Valentine’s Day weekend 2 dozen orders of cupcakes for my two kids class & decided what colors and flavors I wanted with one of the employee working there which seemed to be a younger female. Anyways I specifically told her I’d be coming in the Monday morning at 8:30 am to pick up the cake & when I got there they said in the receipt was for 8:30pm!! I was livid bc I paid the whole entire amount already 93 bucks just to come in to the store with a cake and picking out whatever cupcakes was left! Not to mention a different much older lady kept giving me attitude and didn’t seem as if she cared or sorry at all! She was rude as I kept telling her what kind of business you have someone working here and taking orders but this isn’t the first time they messed up my order. She said there wasn’t nothing she could to bc it wasn’t her who took my order! She was no help at all. Another time I bought a cake for my daughter birthday and the same thing happened with the dates my cake was made a whole 2 days ahead of time and there was no mistake on the receipt ! It’s unacceptable, don’t get me wrong their cakes are amazing & tastes really good , my kids love it, but when we spend so much time & money making sure we get what we want for any occasion and there’s this many mistakes for an order it just the worst experience ever! Especially when customer is upset and your being rude, not helping !

So first of all these people does a good job on most of my cakes they did for me but this one is a no show I wasn’t satisfied at all. The gold supposed to be ceramic gold and I told the cashier to let the baker incorporate something else with the chocolate since it’s for a guy but they didn’t the cake look so plain and didn’t show up at all. So I was wasted my money .

My family has bought birthday cakes for many years from this bakery because of convenience (1 block away from home). In the beginning the red velvet cakes for the best around and so delicious but I recently bought a strawberries and cream cake and it tasted bland. My 4 stars still stand because of the place always clean and the staff are always helpful and friendly. Also, the variety of pastries available makes it so difficult to only leave with what you came to by. Definitely a place in Richmond Hill for birthday cakes!

I've passed by this bakery many times, but never had a chance to stop by to pick anything up. We decided to order a cake for our nieces 1st birthday. We give them 2 pictures and asked if they can make the cake similar to the picture and they say yes. A few weeks later, no calls made to us or questions asked. We arrive the day of the party to pick up the cake and to our surprise the cake looks like it was made by a child. We paid extra for the name to be made in fondant, like the picture we gave them and they didnt do that. The cake looks dry like it was made a week ago. They didnt even offer a refund of any kind. They said its non-refundable. I would NEVER recommend this bakery to a friend NOR an enemy. Please dont make the same mistake we did.
