Dining room not open, not enough employees. Order on app or drive thru service only. I ordered online and parked in the designated online order pickup area. I had to call to let them know I was there and eventually I got my order bought out to the curbside pickup area. Guy said he was sorry it took so long, but they were very understaffed, such is life in today's America. I considered myself lucky to get my order. I don't blame the employees or the restaurant, I am sure they were working hard.

Horrible customer service. My family ordered a meal on the app, earliest available time was 9:15. We show up, got the “we’re all out of chicken” excuse. Wouldn’t even give us a refund, we have to somehow work that out through the app. My 3rd or 4th bad interaction in a row with these guys. This location is ruining my love for KFC.

This is a Taco Bell and KFC in one building. First up, the lobby is closed. Kinda hard to eat there when you're on a motorcycle or in an RV that won't fit through drive-thru. So one day I had the truck available and went through the drive-thru... my chalupas were AWFUL. They were hard as a rock. On top of that, they were WRONG. A #6 combo is for two Chalupa Supremes (chicken) and I was given beef... they didn't even ask, and I didn't think to specify because I've never had to before. All in all, an awful place that I will NOT return to.
