Taco Bell

This Taco Bell location is very well operated, and has a friendly management and staff. Employees follow safe and sanitary food practices, and have a great attitude about guests. I try to cheer them up even when they are in a good mood. The management and staff deserve the recognition in this review because I recognize their initiative to achieve superior operating standards. Notice the CLEAN self serve drink station. The dining room looks nice with the recent renovation.

I know it's Taco Bell and so I don't ever try to have expectations, but this location is especially horrid. I had to repeat my order three times, at the window, they still tried to hand me another customer's, and when I got home, I found out they still didn't give me the right order, did not charge me correctly, and then gave me hell for raising issue with it. I was just hungry, man... and this was way more hassle than it was worth. Not cool.

Ok so my two stars is not for the people who are giving their best customer service to try and please the customers without what they need to do that. I also am in full understanding that our distribution in the US is completely out of wack since Covid. All I can say is if your picky or craving anything in particular with your favorite commercial fast food joint. Figure out how to make it at home cause this Taco Bell ran out of everything that night. It is what it is and we all have to adjust but fair warning..don't get your mouth watering for anything you crave cause they don't have it.

stop by this place on my way home and the girl who was taking order took my order and ask if i want hot sauce and i was like yes mild plz soon as i pull around to pay she hands me my drinks witch was mt dew but they was flat. ask if they can remake it she said we can’t do i was like alright never mind. drive 30mins home just to find out my whole order is wrong i tried calling no one answering. and they arnt even busy

No drive thru for online order!! Unprofessional staff, I ordered ahead through the app 10 mins earlier. -pulled to the window :pick up for Ibrahim -he said no you have to come to the lobby - but I chosed drive thru in the app - he goes :it’s not ready yet and u get to come inside. I’m waiting in my car in parking spot so I can circle back. - he came to me not with my food no no ,to tell me that my food is ready and I have to come inside -ok I’ll come to the window. - he said no it will make my drive thru time up 🙃

I give it 4 stars because the food is really good, but the service sucks. Lady had me waiting at the register to order for 5min. She saw me while she was working drive thru and looking at the kiosk as if I'm supposed to use it to order. There is no personal service in using a kiosk and I won't use kiosk to help eliminate jobs for humans. When she did take my order, she is rushing me bc she is the only one back there. She's giving me the total before I'm even done. SERVICE NEEDS IMPROVEMENT and the floors need cleaned.

My burrito shell was stale, they didn't have crunch wraps and couldn't refund us our online order, they didn't give a fork for these cheesy potatoes and we ended up with 6 items and not 1 napkin. It's was just NOT a good experience. They were not able to sale some items due to shortages but they made a substitution because it was an already paid online order that couldn't be refunded. The inside was closed so we had to wait in the drive-thru but they moved at a decent pace.
