Subway

Ordered a tuna sandwich, the amount of tuna they put in was so miserly that you could hardly taste the tuna. The amount of toppings were less compared to other locations. This is the 2nd time its happened and i am no longer going to order or buy my subs from here. Management needs to train the employees better.

I've been coming to this Subway for a long time but here recently it seems to have gotten bad. I recently ordered a sandwich with extra mayo and it appeared that they dumped half a bottle of mayo rendering the sandwich un-edible. Today I ordered two footlongs online and requested it to be ready at 1:30pm. I arrived at 1:22pm and they were not ready so I patiently waited. Several minutes later after taking care of a customer in line she asked me if I had an order to pick up in which I told her yes. The lady walked off and didn't come back for 5 or so minutes later. It turns out the marinara sauce wasn't ready but that was not communicated to me so I was left wondering why it was taking so long. Needless to say I finally left at 1:49pm with my 2 sandwiches that were supposed to be ready at 1:30pm. I'm going to start ordering my Subway sandwiches from another nearby store from now on.

Well I was hungry and thought I’d get a nice big fat sandwich from Subway. When I walked in the door the girls behind the counter were prob just tired since it’s around 6pm but still, don’t just ignore me lol. Say Hi Welcome to Subway!!! And then I get a foot long and idk but they could have added more ingredients. I mean it looks like nothing like the picture. Anyway not really happy maybe this post will motivate y’all to be better. I never leave reviews but jesus christ this place is horrible. They used to close at 10 but every time i stopped by they would be closed by 9:15. Now they close at 9 but i went and they were closed by 8:20. This one the closest to my house but now i think its worth the drive to go elsewhere. The people here have recently started denying more vegetables. All i asked was a couple more olives and they kept saying only 8. Never have I been told no to more from whatever subway ive been to. I didn't even care about paying for it but they kept saying no. They had horrible attitude and make a really sloppy sandwiches. This place is trash

I've been here a couple of times and always try to be as nice as possible and they always give me attitude and act like don't know any manners. When we got veggies i asked for extra tomatos and they said they couldn't put more than 5 on a footlong and that its "policy". I used to be an employee for subway and its standard to put that amount when normally asked but if a guest asks for more, you're supposed to put more. That is why on the subway app, there is a "less/regular/more" for the veggies. The ugly curly haired boy(that hair is disgusting and he needs a hair cut, looks very greasy) kept saying "my boss says no, so I can't put more" if the boss is actually saying this, they should not be allowed to be in charge. The veggies are free and a guest can request as much as they want. Also the lettuce was brown so at least have quality if you're going to have horrible customer service.
