Please shut this location DOWN!! Ordered at 7pm didn't get my order until 7:35p....got home and the wings were not cooked well done like I asked. They was still some pink inside...no seasoning...SUPER oily that the bottom of the bag got soaked. Called and asked for another 8pc to be cooked. Waited for another 45min before I got my wings and still not cooked well done. The cashier's also have stank attitudes.

The service here was absurd! I placed an online order for two 10piece combos and received an 8piece on both! Both fries were completely stale and burnt I didn’t even finish them, I called to complain and the first girl didn’t even say anything and just placed me on hold after I explained why I was calling them I was then passed to another employee and he sounded like he didn’t even cared and told me to call back the next day or bring my order back (when I was already home, and on my third wing when I noticed) “unbelievable” This hasn’t been the first time this has happened even when I was in the store another customer complained they didn’t get his order right. I’m hoping something is done about the customer service here or a refund for what I was missing on my order. On 06/26/2022 and placed my order at 07:45 CDT

If I could rate 0 starts I would.
I made an online order through their website. When my order was delivered, the ranch was missing. Disappointing.
I looked at my cup and the lid was broken. When I removed the lid, I realized the cup wasn’t filled all the way and even worse, there were lip marks on it. 🤮🤮
I called the store to request for them to replace my drink and ranch. I am not the type of person that just wants to get a freebie, I just want to enjoy my meal that I paid for, with my hard earned money. Literally had to call so many times because I kept getting hung up on. I couldn’t believe it because I wasn’t even being rude about it.
Finally, when they decided to deal with the issue at hand, I was told they can’t still end replacements but I could go pick it up if I wanted. I explained I obviously ordered online because I didn’t want to go pick up my order.
The guy I was speaking to called himself a manager and said he would give me a $20 credit for the next time I ordered but I would have to pick it up. I was highly disappointed that I wasn’t going to enjoy my meal that day but agreed. I decided to give them a chance to make this right.
When I called to try to use my credit (a week later), the manager told me there was nothing on my profile and the best he could do was $5 off because and I quote “you ate the wings right?”….. without the ranch….
This has got to be the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It’s really not about the money. I tipped the driver $5 beforehand and he or somebody at this store drank out of my cup. I have a Ring Camera and the DoorDash driver was a guy. That is why i say it could’ve been someone at the store unless he was wearing pink lipstick.
This is so sad to me because I love Wingstop.
I Highly suggest that you do not order online from this store. I will personally not be ordering from them at all.

The worst wingstop I’ve been to. First time I went they messed up my order they gave me credit then the second time I went they messed up my order twice and it is still wrong I just didn’t want to wait for another 15 min for them just for them to get it wrong again and the wings were basically swimming in sauce and were hard with no flavor and the portions of ranch were like for 2 fries, they weren’t even filled up half way and the tea was just disgusting it tasted like sewer water with a lot of sugar.

Left items out of order, would not deliver missed items, wouldn't offer any reasonable solutions. Just tough cookies that we forgot. Two staff members went unfed. Thanks!

I am a fan of Wing Stop but I have not visited this location in awhile. But our last visit on Thursday was awful. These fries both orders were hard and burnt. Shame. Shame. Shame. Please do better.

The bad reviews here aren't a joke at all. I placed an order at 5pm and came in at 5:30 and it was NOT READY AT ALL! I am not surprised they serve RAW food here either. Avoid this wing stop at ALL COSTS!

I have a few complaints about my visit today! I telephoned my order and the young lady that answered act as though she wasn't at WORK, she was so nonchalant like I'm calling her personal phone bothering her. Straight off, let's talk about the SWEET tea that wasn't sweet (not user error, either). Someone needs a class in making SWEET tea. -----> My wings were extremely dry (lemon pepper) with slight to no seasoning, along with my parmesan corn (parmesan in bottom of container). Not a happy camper when I got home.
