Came to this place on a whim… was going to eat at the poke place next door but liked the atmosphere and the seating area here more. That’s where the positives ended. First, tried to order a Truly which is listed on the chalkboard menu… they are “phasing it out but haven’t updated the menu.” Annoying, but ok no problem I’ll get something else. But I don’t understand having an outdated menu, especially because it was a chalk board that can easily be erased/changed in like 20 seconds. For food, ordered a bowl (the sandwich on lettuce instead of bread)… they brought a sandwich to my table. When I told them that I ordered the bowl, they took the sandwich back to the kitchen and came back to my table with a salad that had the meat and cheese mixture with tons of pieces of bread mixed in on top of lettuce. So they obviously just lazily scraped the meat/cheese out of the sandwich bread and put it on a salad. I didn’t want any bread with my meal but I still got it! Not to mention there was hardly any meat they were like tiny dried up scraps that you’d find at the bottom of a bowl and the cheese was completely dried up… and everything was cold. Just generally not appealing at all. I also ordered two of the sauces on the side and they also didn’t come… had to ask for them again. I know how hard it is to get good people and to run a food establishment… but we were literally the only people in the place and to not even get fresh and hot food was a disappointment. I wish them all the best but won’t likely return.

Wish I could leave zero stars; I want to preface this with the fact that I have been to this location multiple times before and other locations. I ordered a build your own Philly, and it ended up coming with onions on it even though I had not asked for it, and was told that it came automatically with it(even though I didn’t see that listed on the menu anywhere). They did end up remaking the it, which was nice, but idk if they added something “extra” on the Philly cheese steak or if the BBQ sauce it was served with was bad, but no more than 5 minutes after finishing my sandwich I had to run to the restroom and literally threw up the entire sandwich I had just eaten. Mind you I had arrived to the establishment healthy and with no stomach pain or nausea. But after eating my sandwich, which I didn’t even end up finishing because my stomach had started to hurt a bit, which I had assumed was due to eating a bit to much, however that was much farther from the truth, as I had to run the bathroom before I threw up all over the floor. Extremely disappointed and disgusted by the experience.

Texadelfia great WINGS? Who knew! Stepped in for a bite with the hubby last night since he was craving a Philly. I'm gluten-free, so I was prepared to go with the Philly fries, but wings caught my eye instead. I don't typically venture away from what an establishment is known for, but I'm glad I did! I had 1/2 Korean and 1/2 Mustard blend and they were AWESOME!! The Korean had a slight sweet heat, that leaned more towards savory. The sauce was sticky, similar to a BBQ Sauce and sprinkled with Sesame Seeds(Love)! The Mustard Blend was their Mustard Blend Dipping condiment in wing form. The consistency of Honey Mustard, but without the sweet. More like a less pungent Dusseldorf Mustard that works effortlessly with the juicy and crisp wings! The wings themselves were well seasoned(A+) which most establishments don't do, but it really does make all the difference. Fries were fresh and hot, and the Philly was Phillylicious! Next time you visit? Check the WINGS!

I can never receive good customer service on the first try at this location. There’s always something missing from my order. They have no problem to fix the order and apologize about but the only inconvenience here is to the customer having to travel back because something is missing. Why should a paying customer have to provide reassurance that their own order is correct? In addition to this, I provided a comp ticket to buy an entree and receive another 50% off the next entree. With my purchase I added an 8 piece wing along with the entree’s and the worker decided to take half off the wings instead of the 2nd entree because they were the same price. This is nowhere near good customer service!!!!

This place is not the place you want to go to if they are going to underestimate your intelligence. I got a burger with just cheese and ketchup, but instead they we everything on my burger. I told them how I wanted it, and when they got it, all they did was scrap off the everything and I could still see the indents of the tomato, lettuce, and everything. When I brought it to the waitress attention, she said that's what it's suppose to look like.

I typically go to the one in Old Town as they've always had the best and consistent food. This was my first time to this Texadelphia location and my meal was perfect. The Texican was served piping hot, the chips had the right amount of salt, and the queso remains my favorite of any restaurant queso. The interior of the restaurant was clean and service was friendly and checked in several times to see if I needed anything.
