Pho Bac

Plenty of parking by the restaurant, most staff wore masks but diners definitely didn’t all wear masks. And the restaurant is BUSY! We were seated right away and our food arrived really fast even though it was pretty crowded. Rice with grilled pork: the pork was tender and well seasoned. Wish the egg was a bit more runny to mix with the rice. Egg roll was standard tasting. Grilled pork banh mi: tasted really good! If you don’t like cilantro make sure you request not to have any. Personally would have liked more jalapeños to give it an extra kick. The bread was nice and crunchy. Pho: tasted like a standard bowl of pho to me. For the size the portion wasn’t very large. (You can request extra lime). If you want extra brown sauce and sriracha you have to ask. It’s not on the table like usual. Not sure if it’s due to Covid or…?

Delicious! I love the taste of the pho! It's one of the best tasting pho soup bases I've had in the DFW area. I got an order to-go and I reheated the pho in my own pot at home. I got a pho with combination meat for $12.99 and a grilled pork with shredded pork skin rice $11.99. The amount was good and I feel like they give a lot of meat for the pho and the quantity for the rice was a lot as well. I would definitely come back and I recommend everyone come try the delicious food!

Goodness this place was delicious! Had a wonderful time coming here for dinner with the family. They were really quick and attentive. The owner came by to greet us and ask how we were doing-- I had to compliment him on the delicious and flavorful Bun Bo Hue. Their Banh Mis are exquisite. Definitely coming back.

Great place with huge bowls of really tasty soup. Also, reasonably priced. The broth is one of the best I've tried, it's thick and flavorful, the nuddles are good chewy (and not a soft mush), the basil and other greens are fresh. The service was fast and efficient. You can order soup with standard meat cuts or choose those of your liking. We ordered one with fatty wagyu beef and one with tripe/thin round beef. Both were delicious, really nothing negative to say.

I’m going “bac” again! The aromas of a made well broth permeates the restaurant as you walk in. I got the combination pho. The broth was rich and well seasoned; I would be content with drinking the broth alone. The meats, fats and tendons in the soup melded so well with the rich broth. The sandwich was good my only complaint is they should’ve either used smaller sized bread or fill it up so more so it doesn’t look meager. FYI. You pay up front when you are done eating.
